Official credit

An official hour needs a network-backed start receipt. Connectivity can drop after the start; a completion can sync for up to 24 hours. A private practice never advances the official ledger.

Quiet mode

60x60 cannot turn on Do Not Disturb. You can connect the Start Meditation intent to an Apple Focus. Optional Screen Time shielding requires separate permission and is removed when a session ends.
